About Two and a Half Writers
Two and a Half Writers is the brainchild of mother-daughter writers Sandi Johnson and Roxann Conger. We wanted to create a place where new writers could come to learn about the craft of writing and what it takes to get published. When you're just starting out, it can be hard to figure out what you need to learn. We want to shorten that learning curve.

Facebook has been in the spotlight these last several days. Rolling out their new “Like” button, the whole personalizing open graph thing, it’s a lot to take in if you aren’t already familiar with the platform. But the question of “fan”-ing or “liking” a page got me to thinking. (yes, backing away from the slightly [...]

I have finally gotten around to checking out the forums I joined, a little while back, and my findings are a little depressing. When I started out trying to find places for young writers, I wanted to pull my hair out. [...]
